Clamatos is the idea of two mexican entrepreneurs and two brothers, Miguel and Eliasar. Our concept started about 20 years ago when we finally decided to make the bold move and open Clamatos up after working in the restaurant industry for over 10 years. We wanted to bring our favorite Seafood and Mexican recipes to our community in Lexington , and feel very lucky that our community loved them.
